Schedule:

Arrive between 5pm - 5:30pm

Eat & Socialize from 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Bingo & Poker starts at 7pm

Raffle / Auction - 8:00pm

Bingo & Poker resumes at 9pm

Food and Beverage:

We have secured Mario’s Taco truck to be on site for food. Every participant will receive a food ticket for a meal. Additional meals will be available for purchase if you need or want more food. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain the required liquor license, so we will not be serving any alcohol. We will have nonalcoholic beverages throughout the event.

Bingo:

We have included 16 bingo sheets in your admission price as we will be playing 16 games. You can use as many sheets you would like for each game. Additional sheets will be available to purchase.

Poker:

Your poker chips are included in your admission price to play poker. You may purchase additional chips. We are only able to accept cash for Poker as the winnings will be taken from this. 

Raffle Prizes:

We have many great prizes to raffle including: Movie Night Basket, Spa Basket, Lottery Ticket Basket, Wine Basket, Taco Tuesday Basket, Game Theme Basket, Coffee Basket, Cary Ale House Basket, Baseball Theme Basket, Anvil Club Basket, Tigers Basket

Silent Auction Items:

Cal Ripken Signed Baseball, Cal Ripken Signed Jersey, Custom Rawlings Glove, Cubs Tickets, Bears tickets, TNT Athletics training sessions, Hitting Lessons, Pitching Lessons, SportsCity Hitting Pass and Birthday Parties, Nikos Gift Card.

Parking:

While you may not be able to park directly in front of the building, please note you can park on the side of the building. Carpooling may be a good option if possible. The Food Truck will be positioned in the back of the building.

Costs: 

$100 for Poker, Food and Drink

$50 for Bingo, Food and Drink 

$125 for both Poker/Bingo and Food and Drink

Each individual can play both poker & bingo if they would like

Raffle Tickets:

$5 for 1 ticket

$20 for 5 tickets

$40 for 15 tickets

$50 for 25 tickets

$75 for 50 tickets

$100 for 100 tickets

Extra Bingo sheets:

$5 for 1 sheet

$10 for 3 sheets

$20 for 10 sheets

Please be sure to bring cash as we are unable to process credit card payments. Checks written to Northern Illinois Rawlings Tigers will be acceptable as well for purchase of raffle tickets and additional bingo cards.
